Where to get Seller of Travel Certificate for Online Company doing business nationwide and global?

I want to start online travelbusiness in California where seller of travel certificate is must if I sell travel to CA residents. What about selling travel to non CA residents? I mean website can be accessed by anyone anywhere, but we cant have certificates/license in each state. Pls advise.

I don’t think all states require it. For those who do why can you not get an out of state license/ certificate? Have you built your own business and website from scratch or are you working with a company? If working with a company then they should be able to answer this question for you.

Please tell me you haven’t joined YTB, TVI or any of those other travel MLMs. I love MLM, but have yet to see a travel MLM that doesn’t have a questionable comp plan or one that has had any long term success.
